MHAMA METHOD

while getting your hip hop fix?

Our signature program. Get ready for a challenging, sweaty flow set to Hip Hop. This class challenges you to give 100%, alternating work and rest in an infrared heated studio. You will flow through powerful vinyasa sequences, then return to the breath for active recovery.

Power yoga is a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. Power yoga is athletic and gives each teacher the flexibility to teach any poses in any order, making every class challenging, different, and ultimately relaxing.


FLOW

60 MINUTES

This is our most traditional class, linking movement and breath in a soothing way. Ideal for those who want to simply move, stretch, and create more balance of body and mind.

BURN FLOW 

60 MINUTES

A sweaty, sexy, slow flow to heat you up and stretch you out. Find your edge and breathe deeply through dynamic movement with silky smooth transitions through naturally sensual sequencing

 

DETOX FLOW 

75 MINUTES

Get hot, explore your struggles and find your zen. Flow to unique movement combinations that stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic systems. Learn through guided instruction how to hold postures with proper alignment while breathing to  powerful and fluid sequences. Conclude your practice with longer deep stretches and an extended Savasana.

CORE MOBILITY 

60 MINUTES

A stronger core is the glue that keeps it all together. For that reason we combined the best of both worlds: 30 minutes of powerful mobility followed by 30 minutes of fiery abs. You’ll leave the class feeling drenched in sweat, challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. All levels welcome.

BOOTY SCULT 

60 MINUTES

Using resistance bands and your bodyweight, ignite your glutes, legs and abs with a workout designed to firm the booty and sculpt lean muscle through the midsection and lower body for lean, sleek results. You will begin class with mobility work to activate the correct muscles and end class with a stretch cool down. All levels welcome.

 

BAREFOOT BOOTCAMP 

60 MINUTES

Barefoot Bootcamp has been designed to

challenge the most committed athlete.

An intense heated fitness session that will test your strength, athleticism and endurance. Boost your stamina with high intensity reps, resistance-band training and top core exercises from beginning to end… Burn calories for hours after this workout.! No pain no gain!

FRIDAY RESET

75 MINUTES

A 60-minute NON-heated, end of the week celebratory power vinyasa flow followed by a 15-minute sound therapy relaxation class. This a FREE event. Everyone is welcome. Start your weekend off right.

MAHAM SOUND FIX

45 MINUTES

Join community leader Adrian Molina for a 45 minute end-of-the-weekend sound fix to get you ready for the week ahead at Maham Yoga. This sound healing session will have you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated from the inside out and ready for the week ahead. Participants will have the option to cover their eyes with a towel or watch the soothing imagery on our screens to go deeper into the quiet within.
