She is educator at heart, and specializes in lifestyle transformations to help her clients integrate holistic, healing rituals into their daily lives.

She earned her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate through the Yoga Alliance in Maui, Hawaii. She loves to incorporate sound healing and infuse therapeutic grade essential oils into her meditation and yoga classes for a unique experience uniting the senses.

Jen Bianchini, RYT-200, RD

Jen Bianchini is a registered yoga teacher and nutritionist (RD). She developed a personal yoga practice in 2008 and soon after realized her love for teaching. Yoga changed her life and she wanted to share the gift with others.

Jen is known for her dynamic energy and powerful flow blending the strength of the body, the openness of the heart and the release of the mind. When she is not practicing and teaching yoga, you will most likely find her at the beach, working out or walking her pup around town. She is originally from New York, but the sun, heat and overall quality of life brought her to Miami 3 years ago and she hasn’t looked back since.

My Philosophy

“Yoga has the power to transform, elevate and rejuvenate your soul. Yoga teaches you to love yourself and one another, accept without judgment and appreciate life. The power of yoga is so rewarding, calming and humbling. It has definitely changed me for the better and through yoga, I continue to strive and improve myself everyday both on and off the mat. As a teacher, my goal is to guide my students to their own feeling of greatness and hopefully inspire them as they inspire me on a daily basis.”

Grissell Carron is a dedicated teacher of her artful-evolving yoga style. She is inspired by her authentic connection to powerful yoga experiences and encourages each student to express their own interpretation through their practice. She describes her class as an obstacle course that challenges the student to discover their true inner power.

A multi-dynamic breathing class focused on awareness for the entire time. Inspired by movement, Grissell combines a balanced sequence of physicality, mindfulness, moderation and personal empowerment. For those open to it, this will be a transformative Vinyasa class beyond mere entertainment. Expect to get stronger, sweaty and totally yoga buzzed.

She is the founder of Brava Yoga and has been an impactful leader in her community since 2013. She  was recognized as a Lululemon Ambassador in the Tampa Bay area.  Every summer she meets with yogis from all around the world to lead her Mindfulness and Power Vinyasa Retreats in Costa Rica.

Keiko Fernandez is a Vinyasa and Power Yoga Instructor in the Miami Beach area. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Victoria Brunacci at Synergy Yoga in Miami Beach.
